Delivery Areas
Grassitup provides delivery services throughout the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations.

Delivery Schedule
- Delivery times provided are estimates only.
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, shipping schedules, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Safe and adequate access to the delivery location.
- Availability of elevators, loading areas, or required permits where applicable.
- Presence of an authorized representative to receive the delivery.

Installation
Where installation services are provided:
- Installation will be carried out by Grassitup staff or authorized contractors.
- Any additional works such as electrical, plumbing, masonry, or structural modifications are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery and installation. Any damage, shortage, or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Storage Charges
If delivery is delayed due to customer-related reasons, Grassitup reserves the right to apply storage and re-delivery fees.
