2. Products & Availability
We specialize in premium outdoor furniture, accessories, and related products.
* All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
* Product specifications, dimensions, colors, finishes, and materials may vary slightly from images shown.
* We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify specifications without prior notice.
3. Pricing
* All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
* Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
* GrassItUp reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.
* Any quotations provided remain valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
4. Orders & Acceptance
* Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by GrassItUp.
* An order shall not be considered final until payment terms have been agreed and confirmed.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Payment Terms
* Full payment or agreed deposit payments must be received before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* For custom-made or special-order items, deposits are generally non-refundable.
* Ownership of goods remains with GrassItUp until full payment has been received.
6. Delivery & Installation
* Delivery schedules are estimated and may vary due to manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
* Customers must ensure adequate access for delivery and installation.
* Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the goods.
* Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements.
7. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are requested to inspect all products upon delivery.
Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke and luxury nature of our products:
* Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Standard stocked items may only be returned subject to prior approval and must be unused and in original packaging.
* Delivery, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable.
9. Warranty
GrassItUp provides warranties in accordance with manufacturer warranties and applicable UAE laws.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
* Normal wear and tear
* Improper use or misuse
* Commercial use where not specified
* Environmental conditions
* Lack of proper maintenance
* Unauthorized modifications or repairs
10. Product Care
Outdoor furniture requires regular care and maintenance.
Customers are responsible for following the care and maintenance instructions provided by GrassItUp and the respective manufacturer.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, logos, designs, graphics, text, and branding, remains the exclusive property of GrassItUp and may not be reproduced without written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrassItUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.
