The GrassItUp Designer Program is available to qualified interior designers, architects, landscape designers, developers, and trade professionals.

Eligibility

Applicants may be required to provide:

* Valid trade license
* Professional portfolio
* Company profile
* Relevant industry credentials

Program Benefits

Quotations

* Trade quotations remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.
* Product availability is subject to confirmation.

Confidentiality

All pricing, specifications, project information, and commercial terms provided to trade members are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

* Deposits are required for all special orders.
* Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Intellectual Property

Design concepts, drawings, renderings, and project materials provided by either party remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

GrassItUp shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or project-related losses arising from delays, product availability, or specification changes.

Program Modification

GrassItUp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Designer Program and its benefits at any time without prior notice.
