Product Care & Maintenance Guide

Our furniture is designed to withstand outdoor living while maintaining its beauty and performance. Regular care and simple maintenance will help preserve its appearance for years to come.

General Care
- Clean furniture regularly using mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Use a soft sponge, microfiber cloth, or non-abrasive cleaning pad.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow surfaces to air dry.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, solvents, harsh chemicals, or pressure washers.
- Remove standing water whenever possible.
- We recommend using protective furniture covers when products are not in use for extended periods.

Teak Furniture
- Clean periodically using mild soap, water, and a soft sponge or soft-bristle brush when needed.
- Teak naturally develops an elegant silver-grey patina over time when exposed to the elements.
- To preserve the original golden colour, apply a suitable teak protector as recommended.

Powder-Coated Aluminium
- Wash regularly with mild detergent and fresh water.
- Dry with a soft microfiber cloth to minimise water spots.
- Do not use abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh cleaning products.

Outdoor Fabrics
- Blot spills immediately using a clean, absorbent cloth.
- Clean with mild soap and water or follow the fabric manufacturer's care instructions.
- Machine-wash removable cushion covers only if the care label permits.
- During extended periods of non-use or severe weather, store cushions indoors in a dry, ventilated area.

Rope & Woven Materials
- Clean using a soft sponge or microfiber cloth with mild soap and water.
- For textured woven surfaces, a soft-bristle brush may be used gently if necessary.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to highly chlorinated pool water or saltwater whenever possible.

Marble & Natural Stone
- Clean only with pH-neutral stone cleaners or mild soap and water.
- Wipe spills immediately to help prevent staining.
- Avoid acidic products such as vinegar, lemon, or abrasive cleaners, which may damage the stone surface.
